Edgar Wibble Puppet Troupe
is a family owned and
operated marionette troupe
based in Cedar Rapids, IA.

As a family of five we
write, create and perform
marionette puppet
productions -
sometimes adaptations,
sometimes originals.

We aim to create a full
puppet experience often
including rod, shadow and
hand-puppets as well as
marionettes - trying to keep
alive all the forms of
puppetry we can.

About Us

Edgar Wibble Puppet Troupe is dedicated to supplying quality entertainment to families at an
affordable price that helps further awareness and tolerance in our society.

It's about having fun, uniting families, and most importantly enjoying the innocence of childhood,
which is often short-lived, overlooked and sometimes tainted with the pressures of needing to grow
up too fast. We provide a form of entertainment that can be appreciated and loved by the whole
family without ever having to worry about covering your child's eyes (or rolling your own).

We've been creating and
performing shows for about 10
years or so.

From April 2007 until 2010 Edgar
Wibble Puppet Troupe was located
in Edgar Wibble Puppet Theatre in
Lindale Mall.

There we created and performed
5 marionette productions and
many more hand-puppet shows
for a wonderful audience.

Thanks Lindale Family!

Now we 'take our show on the road' and are available to
perform at schools, festivals, theatres, and other venues in the
mid-west and beyond!

In our immediate future we will be applying to become
non-profit 501(c)3 and all donations in the future would be
greatly appreciated.
